 Client Service Assistant

Summary of Position:

The Client Service Assistant is our firms’ ‘Promise-Keeper’. We dedicate our firm to excellent, white-glove service. This position requires a candidate to have extra care and detail in their daily efforts. Accomplishing tasks is only the first step. The Client Service Assistant is also responsible for relaying progress and completed tasks to the team as well as clients and others (accountant/attorney), and continuing to the next step. A relationship position like this is a continuous effort!


This position is based out of Brooklyn Park, MN.

This professional’s Essential Duties Include: 

Gathering data from previously generated Family Wealth Plans (MoneyGuide Pro) to summarize for clients

Scheduling review meetings with clients via email

Sets and records review meetings via internal documents

Review past meetings to coordinate agenda and goals for the upcoming year(s)

Framing client meetings within our company’s network documents – organizing categories of client reviews

  • Gathering, implementing, and constantly auditing all client data and tasks in the firm's CRM system (ACT!)
  • Fulfilling promises made to client families by pre-filling documents and mailing directly to clients or sending DocuSign forms, receiving the documents back from clients and processing them correctly and promptly, confirming the goal of the documents has been completed and relaying the updates to client(s)

Maintaining efficient internal communication throughout the fulfillment of our promises to clients

Proactive – will provide above-and-beyond client service to our client families

Professional – spending time on high-level, high-impact tasks (client promises)

Positive – a helpful and curious attitude is important when supporting our client relationships

Knowledge and Skills: 

A Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred

Preferred (not required) experience working in client support, portfolio management, relationship management, or paraplanner role, preferably within the financial services industry

Displays a proven ability to prioritize and proactively solve problems as take on other responsibilities, as assigned, with a positive attitude

Ideal candidates will possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products and client relationship management (CRM) systems

Base salary and bonuses based on experience and licensure.
