What You'll Do

Working alongside experienced Wealth Managers, you'll help deliver an exceptional experience to our client families while learning every aspect of comprehensive wealth management.

Your responsibilities will include:

Client Experience

  • Build lasting relationships with client families through exceptional service
  • Prepare client review meetings according to our quarterly planning schedule
  • Draft client correspondence and follow-up communications
  • Complete service requests and monitor progress from beginning to completion
  • Maintain accurate client records within WealthBox CRM

Financial Planning

  • Generate Family Wealth Plans using MoneyGuidePro
  • Review retirement, investment, tax, insurance, and estate planning strategies
  • Assist Wealth Managers in developing personalized financial recommendations
  • Analyze employer retirement plans, stock options, RSUs, and ESPPs
  • Assist with charitable giving and multigenerational wealth strategies
  • Support portfolio customization using Morningstar research

Operations & Implementation

  • Prepare account-opening paperwork and DocuSign packages
  • Coordinate transfers and implementation requests
  • Review beneficiary designations and estate planning documents
  • Coordinate with attorneys, CPAs, and other professional partners
  • Stay current with industry regulations and compliance requirements

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Financial Planning, Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field
  • Strong interest in comprehensive wealth management
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining exceptional accuracy

Preferred

  • Previous experience in banking, investments, insurance, accounting, or financial services
  • Progress toward CFP® certification or a desire to pursue the CFP® designation
  • Experience with financial planning or CRM software

Licensing (Preferred but not Required)

  • SIE
  • Series 7
  • Series 66
  • Minnesota Life Insurance License
  • CFP®, CFA®, EA, or other industry designations
